Earrings365 is your daily dose of ear candy -- because you can never have too many shoes, too many friends, or too many earrings!
Each day at about noon US Eastern Time, I'll post a new pair of handmade earrings. They'll be available only in limited quantities -- anywhere from 5 to 50 pairs of each style, depending on availability of materials. Styles and prices will vary, so hopefully there will be something for everyone. In many cases, you'll have a choice of colors and wire styles ... and shipping is just a flat $1.49 for USPS First-Class Mail. Plus, your earrings will come packed in a sweet little metal tin that you can reuse or decorate if you're feeling creative.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All of my online payments are processed through PayPal. I accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to order, though, and you don't have to sign up for a PayPal account at the time of purchase to complete your payment. However, because PayPal does process all of my online payments, you will see something on the checkout page that says:
You have selected PayPal as your payment provider for this transaction.
Just ignore that and continue on with the rest of the form, then hit 'Submit Order.'
On the next page, look underneath the small credit card icons for something that looks like this:
Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card of bank account (where available). Continue
When you click on 'Continue,' you will be taken to a page where you can enter your credit card information without having to sign in to PayPal or open a PayPal account.
If you have any trouble placing your order, just email me and I'll be happy to walk you through it or take your information over the phone.
If you'd like to pay by check, email me and I'll send you my address. Please note that your order will not ship until after your check has cleared, though.
How much does shipping cost?
- $1.49 for USPS first-class mail
- $4.80 for USPS Priority Mail
- $18 for USPS Express Mail if you need it overnight.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within two business days, and first-class shipping times average 2-5 business days after they leave our location. Priority Mail averages 2-3 days, and Express Mail arrives overnight.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?Yes, please email me before placing your order and I will research the shipping charges to your country and get back to you with the total cost for your order. Or, if you're afraid an item may sell out in the meantime, go ahead and place your order, and I will email you with the shipping information and a Paypal invoice for the additional amount.
Do you accept returns?Yes. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return the earrings within 21 days in their original condition and packaging for a refund or store credit. Please email me in advance to let me know you're sending a return, and consider adding delivery confirmation to your shipment.
Can I get the earrings in a different color? Different wire style? Different length, etc.?Usually, yes, but it depends on the type of materials I use for a particular pair. I will try to offer several options for each style, but I can't show every possible option every day, as there would just be too many. So, please email me with your request and I'll let you know if it's possible.
What if the earrings I want are sold out?All earrings are handmade and available only in limited quantities -- anywhere from 5 to 50 pairs of each style, depending on the availability of materials. In some cases, materials are unique and rare, or I've purchased them at a bead show and are no longer available. Plus, the only way I can keep up with design and production of a new style 365 days a year is to limit the number of pairs I make of each kind. Not to mention that I don't want to get bored. So, the most I will make of any one style is 50 pairs.
Some earrings may sell out quickly, and some may be available for a while. To minimize the chances that the earrings you want will be sold out, I suggest you sign up to receive daily updates and/or visit the site each day around 9:00 a.m. US Eastern Time when the new style is posted.
If you see this icon it means more materials are on order and the earrings will become available again soon. I will try to post the approximate date and a link to email me if you want to be notified when they're back in stock.
If you see this icon it means that style is sold out for good, but hopefully another style will catch your fancy soon!
Well, yes and no. I'll be creating several days' worth of ear candy in advance, so I should not have to work every single day (... I hope). Plus, from time to time, I will be featuring best-sellers from my Believe Street shop, and possibly even featuring the work of other talented jewelry artists, so I will get a day off every once in a while. Those are the days that I'll be doing shows or corporate sites. Hmmm ...
So, maybe the answer is no, I'll never get a day off now that I've added Earrings365 to my plate. Don't feel bad for me, though. I love what I do, and I believe that we should all be able to make a living doing something we love. I feel privileged that I get to spend my days creating pretty things with my hands, and any day I get to do that is a good day.
I hope you get to do what you love too. If you don't, I hope I can inspire you to start doing what you love in some small way.
